Writtle Road hedges to be cut back near bus shelter.

Residents who regularly use the bus stop on Writtle Road by the Recreation Ground are unable to use the bus shelter to sit and wait for the bus. Bus drivers are uable to see any waiting passengers, if they are in the shelter, as the hedges have grown so high they block their sight line.

Cllr Jude Deakin said "Several residents have contacted me as they almost missed their bus. I have reported the matter to the council and am pleased to say it will be dealt with within the next couple of weeks. The hedges should get a good haircut."
