Investigating issues in our area

Your Chelmsford City Councillors have been looking into a number of issues raised by residents, including access to the fields behind Bramston Close and the sale of land at The Dell.

It’s been confirmed that the fields access at Bramston Close is privately owned, but we are happy to discuss any concerns that you may have. We are working with officers at Chelmsford City Council to ensure that they can retain access in order to empty the dog waste bin near that gate.

Residents have also raised concerns about the sale of the green space in the Dell and we are investigating. We want to help maintain your access to green spaces which is so important.
