Broomfield Rd congestion - Conservative Essex County Council suggests banning cars

Essex County Council has admitted that they deliberately cause congestion. Now the Cabinet Member for Essex Highways, Conservative Tom Cunningham, is considering a proposal to install a bus gate on Broomfield Road, stopping cars.
